Dine at local restaurants and enjoy specialties like “pierogi” dumplings and “placki ziemniaczane” potato pancakes.

The Bosphorus Strait is best explored by boat, and Beykoz is the perfect launchpad. Scenic cruises sail along the famous waterway and past grand palaces and rolling green hillsides. The best itineraries include a delicious Turkish lunch served on the upper deck.
